Anand Engineering commenced its Business in the year 1976, as an ancillary to Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited [BHEL], Trichy. Nineties saw its diversification into Fabrication of Towers for Wind Turbines, which was emerging then. With Wind Turbines growing in size, Anand Engineering, undertook massive expansion from the year 2003. With an area of 50 acres, spread over two units within 4 km radius, it has state of the art machineries to handle intricate heavy fabrication jobs and presently serve world class players in Power, Mining, Wind Energy, Earth moving and Construction, Industrial Boilers and other potential sectors of economy. In 2016, Anand Engineering has ventured into the field of castings by acquiring a cast iron foundry which has a yield capapcity of 400 tons per month.
The organization is managed by young and committed team of professionals with untiring focus on People, Quality, Velocity and Cost. Anand Engineering is committed to grow multifold, by exploring fullest potential in the Manufacturing space.

People
Anand Engineering nurtures people. Individual Journeys are aligned with those of Organization such that everybody is on board. The average age of people is less than 30 years, a distinct feature in this Industry. The Training budget is significant including International training, spanning across functions. We have trained resources on NACE, NDT, UT, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, AWS requirements. Organization is resourced with Certified Black belts and Green belts for driving 6 sigma projects. Senior personnel handling Technical functions are Internationally trained Lean leaders and are implementing Lean Manufacturing across products being manufactured. Continuous improvement is part of every function and at any cross section of time around 20 projects are undertaken for innovating and improving. Frontliners are enabled by a powerful program named RIW - Rapid Improvement Workshop where problems faced are solved with Cross Functional Teams.
The working environment is challenging offering ample avenues for realizing individual aspirations.
Anand Engineering follows a flat organizational structure enabling swift decisions. Departmental budgets are drawn and fresh proposals are accommodated suiting the Business scenario.
